When the kids were growing up, Easter meant baskets with candy, egg hunts, church, friends and brunch.  Fast forward to Easter 2018 ... a motorcycle ride, Parker and Smitten ice cream!  Is this Mother's Day?!!

If Smitten is new to you and your palate, you owe yourself this treat!  As a San Francisco owned company, Smitten uses local organic California cream and milk, butter, cane sugar, a drop of lemon juice, and a dash of salt. That's it folks.  You select your flavor, they pour the base into the patented Burr machine and freeze it with liquid nitrogen.  Each scoop is made to order in about 90 seconds.  Parker and I took backroads, so fun, to the Lafayette location, but there are six other bay area locations and 3 in the LA area.

Of course the ice cream was amazing but can I just tell you how special it was to spend time doing something both Parker and I love!  I am blessed to have him in my life.  I hope your Easter was just as wonderful!
