Dubrovnik.

2 weeks in Europe, with Hunter, for her spring break!  She was studying in Florence for the semester and wanted to travel, with me.  So cool, right? And I loved the idea of traveling Europe like a college student, uhhhh, minus the hostels.  So we did the whirlwind 2 nights in every city.  Read: Florence, Amsterdam, Prague, Salzburg, Dubrovnik and back to Florence.  My family and friends thought I was crazy and maybe I was … but I wasn’t.  It was amazing!  All said and done, hands down, we fell in love with Dubrovnik, Croatia … the people, the water, the landscape, the food.  You know those times when there are no words to describe your experience?  Dubrovnik was exactly that.  The coastline, the rooftop restaurants, the outdoor cafes, the nearby islands, the city wall walk, the cliff bar, the dolphins and the impeccable streets ... all this begged us to return! If you ever have the chance to visit, run, don’t walk!
